Sleeping Your Way to Home Business Success
As home business owners, we wear a lot of hats. Between excelling in our home business, developing ourselves, spending time with our family, and squeezing in a social life, getting enough sleep can easily fall to the bottom of our list of priorities.
According to an article in The Washington Post, failing to get enough sleep heightens the risk for various major illnesses, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes and obesity. Too little sleep also decreases our ability to focus and function at optimal capacity. Think about what this can mean for achieving home business success.
So, if we want success in our home business, one great way to begin is by getting enough sleep. Although the amount of sleep that we need varies from person to person, most people apparently need between about seven to nine hours.
