Hello!  I’m Roz Walker and I’m a home business and network marketing success coach.  I’m an entrepreneur at heart, having started four home businesses by the age 11.

I was born on the east coast but was raised in the South.  I currently reside in the South with my husband and our two adorable kids.

I have an accounting background with 20 years experience in a Fortune 500 company leading, developing, coaching and consulting high potential associates on personal and professional development.  I also have 15 years experience in setting up and operating home-based and network marketing businesses.

I truly believe that most people in home businesses have failed because they are innocently following old, outdated, traditional methods of marketing that are still being taught.

My goal is to help as many home business owners as I can to succeed by sharing with them more relevant, up-to-date marketing strategies that are more in-line with what top producers in the industry use today.

When I started in my first home-based business, I thought I was going to succeed overnight! I listened to my sponsor and upline and did EXACTLY what they did.

I made my list of 100 names, mailed postcards, made 100’s of presentations, passed out business dvds, and hosted business launches. I even took a few hours of my time during the week to prospect in the shopping malls.

I bugged my friends and family to the point that they wanted to avoid me!

The final straw was when I got desperate and bought a ton of leads and spent countless of hours on the phone, getting rejected and losing my drive and confidence in the process. I got to the point where I said:

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

Then, I remembered one thing that my upline had shared: develop yourself first!!

So I sought out some help and found what I call a silent mentor…someone who was successful in their field who I silently followed. I read her information, read recommended books, and I learned EVERYTHING I could.  Then I contacted her and she provided me with even more help which is why I’m successful today.  I determined that I would pay it forward.

It was from that day forward that I began to see changes in me, my marketing strategy, my lead count and my bank account.
